About

Since the days before the Flintstones, music enthusiasts have been spinning records in order to extract the true essence of music and absorb it into their souls. Along came CDs and promised something impossible – perfect sound forever – I mean: we already HAD that, what did we need those obnoxious little silver disks in their breakable polycarbonate cases for? CDs eventually gave way to downloaded files which, as it turns out, aren’t really a good deal for the money. You buy them and get nothing in return except an extended rental. At least with records if you decided you didn’t want a record any longer – you could sell it and get back some money for it. If you try that with a download … they arrest you. Bad deal.

So here we are, an analog outpost in a world of digital, keeping the embers burning and the big black disks spinning, making music, and gathering the tribe.
